Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Times and Costs
Estimated transit times after processing:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- USA & rest of world: 5–12 business days
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping on all orders over €50.
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customs and Import Duties
Any import duties and taxes for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at novaroservice@hotmail.com with your order number (and a photo, if damaged) and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
